It was easy & quick It was easy & quick . I took over someone’s lease so I had to use another address and they had to switch it once the application came through . They do ask for a lot of information but less than 24 hrs I got approved and got my keys a couple days later . So far I love this company !

It was helpful. It was helpful but not the ultimate answer. You still have to do your own homework and make your own decisions based on your wants and needs. The application process asks a lot of personal questions and the $50 fee for each is non refundable. Make sure you are sincerely interested and confident you will pass the credit check before you spend the money and give out personal information that doesn't come back.

The entire procedure was difficult The entire procedure was difficult. The Findigs application portal was clumsy. Often you could not get it to respond. We spent TWO weeks trying to complete an applcation with a coapplicant. Ofcten it would say completed and sdubmiotted whern ity wasn't. We would nmot recommend this portal to anyone.Home Group was fantastic! We loved the homes. But the leases, like everyone else's, contained restrictions and clauses that we did not like. Very restrictive.

Positive experience Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful. The only problem is that there are too many people talking to you. If they had a question regarding our application, we would answer it, then another person would ask the same question. At the same time, if we asked a question, more than one person would answer and once we even got 2 different conflicting answers. That was confusing.
