I have a rating of 4 stars because of how helpful the customer service agent was, otherwise it would have been lower.

It was helpful. It was helpful but not the ultimate answer. You still have to do your own homework and make your own decisions based on your wants and needs. The application process asks a lot of personal questions and the $50 fee for each is non refundable. Make sure you are sincerely interested and confident you will pass the credit check before you spend the money and give out personal information that doesn't come back.

Really streamlined property management… Really streamlined property management company. It was so easy to find a rental home and do all the steps necessary to move-in. The Trustmark employee, Raquel, at the Harker Heights office was super friendly and helpful for any issue that I had. Highly recommend!

Easiest application process ever Easiest application process ever. Rather than having to dig around looking for pay stubs and bank statements, this allowed to connect to your bank and payroll system. It made the headache of applying to places a whole lot easier!

I Choose to put some faith in Homerock… I Choose to put some faith in Homerock in that same breath this company is associated with them. Overall horrible. Very unprofessional and negligent when it comes to calls and emails. This company is like so alarming it makes you think they are professional scammers in a way. I’m sure you could get a home but with everything that comes in between your better off going with a company with horrible reviews & I’m sure they will give better customer service and services overall
