I was delighted by the customer service… I was delighted by the customer service at CharterUP. They have been a reliable transportation option for our events. The drivers are professional and kind and their reservation agents always courteous. Our drive, Renee, was bilingual which is a big plus!

No Guarantees - buyers beware We booked a charter 8 months in advance only to be told 5 days before our trip that the charter could not be provided. We were offered an alternative charter at 140% of the cost and given an hour to decide. With no other options, we were forced to pay the additional cost and we are a school group! I would not recommend charter up to anyone.

Do not provide services as advertised. The coach provided did not come with the amenities advertised at booking. CharterUp have said that is because 'while certain amenities may have been on the chosen provider's fleet profile, this is not indicative of the amenities being on every vehicle, and we cannot guarantee them or their functionality'. A weasel response. When booking, each provider lists the amenities available on their fleet - I booked one with desired amenities and thus expected said coach to have them. At no point does it state that amenities are not available on each coach and that you have to re-specify your requirement in writing.

CharterUP proved to be an exceptional… CharterUP proved to be an exceptional choice for our charter needs. We had a business trip with 35 passengers and our coach bus was equipped with amenities like ac and working outlets. The bus was punctual and the driver was very accommodating to all our needs during the trip.
