We had a business trip with 35 passengers and our coach bus was equipped with amenities like ac and working outlets. The bus was punctual and the driver was very accommodating to all our needs during the trip.

I accepted one of their offers for a… I accepted one of their offers for a trip I had planned and within 24 hrs. they sent me a cancellation notice with the next closest rate at 1.7X our agreed to rate!! They explained that the cancellation was due to their third party charter provider and did not even attempt to honor the rate that I had contracted with them. They did refund my deposit, so I'll give them credit for that, but it was very clear that they and/or their charter provider were never going to honor the quoted rate. Steer clear of this outfit!
