GBCustomer service is absolutely great Customer service is absolutely great. Whenever I've had issues in the past with a site or email I've chatted with one of their reps at all times of the day and got immediate assistance with my issue. This is a big deal especially when you have a business!

CAEasy process to ask for help and timely response: that is why I like Hostpapa I am a small business owner with no staff to help me thus I do everything myself. Here is what I like about HostPapa: the dashboard interface is easy to use (we can easily follow up on our tickets) and HP teams respond and help me in a timely fashion. Overall, it is very efficient. In an environment where it is increasingly difficult to get good service I find it invaluable and I hope that it continues. Bravo!!!

GBHostPapa supports stands out I've used HostPapa support several times now to resolve DNS issues with my new website, and they've done a great job each time! My issues are getting resolved on the first touch point each time, so I can't ask for better service. Also, their chat wait time is very small, which is great.

AUWhen things go wrong When things go wrong, which they can do, it makes a great deal of difference when you get good support from the Company providing the service. I have found the support from HostPapa to be excellent. A recent issue with misbehaving third part software was quickly sorted. I'm impressed.
