GBHostPapa know it is their problem yet still insist on time wasting changes on the customers side Logged onto Outlook this morning and none of my emails are working. Nor those of others using email addresses on my domains. Of course HostPapa's say it is my fault, over a year without a problem and 'suddenly' my settings are wrong and need checking. Waste 3 hours and then tell me It 'could' be a DNS propagation issue when (my,domain) was switched to the new IP address after the server migration. Really, so that's my fault? Come renewal you'll wonder why I'm switching.

After it happened again, the staff were kind enough to educate me on some every simple processes I was unaware of that resulted in me discovering that I was unintentionally causing the issue. I followed their instructions on how to correct those errors and the system has worked perfectly since. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Everything a service organization should be!
