GBT-Sheets was a good program until… T-Sheets was a good program until purchased by Intuit. Have been using for years with 50+ employees and all worked fine until Intuit took over. Their support is terrible, they have no answers. We have no choice but to switch and may get away from QuickBooks/Intuit as well.

GBTsheets bug filled. Tech support-useless Tsheets used to be a simple easy to use app with excellent tech support. We have 11 users. Now every few days I get calls for issues my staff is encountering with logging in or not being able to complete timesheet entries. Tech support is useless if you can reach them. Anyone have a suggestion for an alternative timekeeping software?

GBWe have been using it for 8 years now… We have been using it for 8 years now but will be switching to another system starting January. Customer service is inexistent. Other than a 2-hour wait on a chat window, there is no way to actually talk to any body. The number listed on the website is a generic helpline for ALL intuit products and they hang up on you after a few minutes.

GBUsing TSheets started out well...gone down hill fast Using TSheets started out well but it's gone downhill fast. Our latest problem is that the the "invite" button does not work, so all of our newly-hired employees can't sign in to TSheets. We also have employees who were locked out of their accounts and can't get back in. We've had to go back to tracking job hours by hand, and automated job hour tracking was why we got TSheets in the first place. Customer service is usually nice but they usually can't help you either, and you'll be talking to them nearly every day if you use this program.

GBConstantly logs you out Constantly logs you out, if you make a mistake (typo) logging in you have to wait 20 minutes to try again. Additionally, and ILLEGALLY they track you via your phone even when you are not at work (not a requirement for my employment), you can't even clock in unless you allow them to track your phone 24/7. I hate this app, and their arrogance in requiring me to remember a password just to clock in. I don't work for t-sheets but they sure seem to think I do. Evil tech company.
