Intuit hosed me up again… Intuit hosed me up when they bought Quicken (11 years of financial data lost in a single moment and lots of really helpful adds saying I should just sign up for QuickBooks...) and now they have done the same to Tsheets. This used to be a very useful and relatively intuitive app that gave me immediate reporting and time analysis. Now it is a HUGE time suck that has me correcting timesheets constantly, when I am able to log in at ALL! Complete garbage. Avoid ALL Intuit products at all costs. If Square sells out to them I will absolutely lose my mind!

T-Sheets was a good program until… T-Sheets was a good program until purchased by Intuit. Have been using for years with 50+ employees and all worked fine until Intuit took over. Their support is terrible, they have no answers. We have no choice but to switch and may get away from QuickBooks/Intuit as well.

Going downhill, switch to competitor Used to be a good product but since they were acquired from Intuit they have went downhill. Now charge annual contracts with no refunds even if the software isn't a good fit and prices are rising. New log in process is problematic too. We've switched now to a UK competitor TimeKeeper and saved our monthly bill hundreds, and personally, I prefer this new product better.

Tsheets and QBO payroll Time tracking for gov't contracts is useful. However, Tsheets does not truly/seamlessly link with QBO payroll as I have to reinput hourly billable payrates each payroll. I have to carefully export payroll summaries each time period into XLSx format, reformat total hours, cross check with QBO payroll. Overall, not a pleasent experience. Also, not clear how QBO chart of accounts fringe benefit_PTO category can truly link to TSHeets PTO function. We therefore don't use Tsheets PTO function.

Their platform has a lot of technical… Their platform has a lot of technical bugs. This week alone, I have spent over 4 hours with support trying to diagnose why employees keep getting clocked out automatically. They have yet to figure it out. On top of that, phantom time off appears that cannot be edited or deleted from any screen. Support has no clue. They are atrocious.
