Since with Intuit it's TERRIBLE!!!! Since Tsheets was bought by Intuit, the service has been TERRIBLE. No way to contact anyone by phone. Phone number sends you to endless advertisements and then disconnects. Anyone who would purchase Tsheets and go through this is crazy and ignorant. Tsheets was a good system back in the day but worthless now. It can't even add the times correctly.

Going downhill, switch to competitor Used to be a good product but since they were acquired from Intuit they have went downhill. Now charge annual contracts with no refunds even if the software isn't a good fit and prices are rising. New log in process is problematic too. We've switched now to a UK competitor TimeKeeper and saved our monthly bill hundreds, and personally, I prefer this new product better.

Using TSheets started out well...gone down hill fast Using TSheets started out well but it's gone downhill fast. Our latest problem is that the the "invite" button does not work, so all of our newly-hired employees can't sign in to TSheets. We also have employees who were locked out of their accounts and can't get back in. We've had to go back to tracking job hours by hand, and automated job hour tracking was why we got TSheets in the first place. Customer service is usually nice but they usually can't help you either, and you'll be talking to them nearly every day if you use this program.

I just spent 3 hour and 10 minutes on… I just spent 3 hour and 10 minutes on the online chat to try to get my verification process to work correctly and they never got it working properly. I would NEVER recommend this company. I use it strictly for a stand alone timesheet program and I do NOT integrate with Quickbooks because it messes up all my prior time cards that are already entered in Quickbooks. It is expensive and not worth the money!!!! Stay away from this program.

Struggled with this app for days, then gave up! Struggled with this app for days. The total lack of viable support is EXTREMELY painful. The support team was confrontational, rude, and absent of any helpful input. My company finally gave up and found another (simple/easy/free) option for time tracking. We're now MUCH happier! Avoid this app, unless you're in need of a "self-inflicted wound" !
