jadoo customer service by Junaid I called Jadoo tv customer support today. My Jadoo 5s was not working. My call was attended by Mr. Junaid. He was professional and helpful with great attitude. He explained me in details the reasons of issue and than he resolved it. He called me back to find out that now everything is fine. I was impressed by his services. Great Job by Junaid at Jadoo tv.

This box don’t work it’s say error to… This box don’t work it’s say error to most of channels now it say to pay $100 or upgrade to jadoo 7 for $249 west of money bad product which never work each few months some how they getting our money for the products which never work properly. They keep making jadoo boxes to get our money Plz don’t buy whatever you watch it all online don’t west your money on this products Which is not worth it

I wish I could give -5 I wish I could give -5. This is such a poor service and ever worse customer support. subscribed on a monthly plan with autopay. every month the service is disconnected. Must call and stay on hold for long time for a rude person to respond. Blames all their short comings on the customer. (you did not register right, your credit card was denied, your bank rejected the transaction !!!). no accountability. very rude. disappointing.

Poor services ,Their customer service… Poor services ,Their customer service is poor ,One of their Uk customer agent Mansoor he is very rude ,I was inquiring about Jadoo 7 box with him but he started shouting at me for no reason and disconnected the call very rudely ,he never answers the call whenever you have question about the product instead always disconnects your call .His number is +447946888798.I would suggest you don’t buy anything from that company you guys will be wasting your time and money .
