AUJadoo TV is very unprofessional Jadoo TV is very unprofessional. They don't care when there is problem. They let the problem sit for as long as they can without giving a damn about their customers. Everytime you call their customer support, their response is unsatisfactory. They just assure you that the problem will be solved within 24-48 hours but the problem stays for weeks or even months. Non-working channels are their to waste your time to keep trying. If it's not going to be fixed then why have the channel logo there so that we stop wasting our time trying every time we check if the channel is up now?! They are the worst IPTV company ever. So unprofessional!

CAWorst Device Worst Device (Jadoo 5s) Waiting for long but nothing has been fixed then writing here. Live Channels not working. Youtube not working properly. No addition of Movies even removed previously available. Waste of Money.

GBWorst company Worst company Channels not working on the apps. When ring for help advisors dont understand english and what customers telling them. When asking when channels coming back same advise been listening for nearly over 1 year always with technical team,still no channels no movies punjabi channels dont work or hindi.

GBPoor services ,Their customer service… Poor services ,Their customer service is poor ,One of their Uk customer agent Mansoor he is very rude ,I was inquiring about Jadoo 7 box with him but he started shouting at me for no reason and disconnected the call very rudely ,he never answers the call whenever you have question about the product instead always disconnects your call .His number is +447946888798.I would suggest you don’t buy anything from that company you guys will be wasting your time and money .

AU...magical terms of use & purchase we had Jadoo 4 for couple of years...buffering and disappearance of channels is a common occurrence. At the time of purchase they said that it was a one-off payment nothing to pay later. Now, all of a sudden without any prior notice they have stopped streaming to the box and decided to charge their customers $100 per year for the service. Sajid Sohail has decided to change his business model by using a clause in their terms & conditions which (apparently) allows them to make any changes to the initial agreement. Strongly recommend to stay away from SS's Jadoo... さようなら Jadoo
