jadoo customer service by Junaid I called Jadoo tv customer support today. My Jadoo 5s was not working. My call was attended by Mr. Junaid. He was professional and helpful with great attitude. He explained me in details the reasons of issue and than he resolved it. He called me back to find out that now everything is fine. I was impressed by his services. Great Job by Junaid at Jadoo tv.

...magical terms of use & purchase we had Jadoo 4 for couple of years...buffering and disappearance of channels is a common occurrence. At the time of purchase they said that it was a one-off payment nothing to pay later. Now, all of a sudden without any prior notice they have stopped streaming to the box and decided to charge their customers $100 per year for the service. Sajid Sohail has decided to change his business model by using a clause in their terms & conditions which (apparently) allows them to make any changes to the initial agreement. Not appropriate for families with kids Dont buy this box. Lot of channels disappeared. Also the commercials they are showing are not appropriate for families. Now they start showing commercials with Gay and lesbians kissing. May be that is culture at owners home but they should know this is not south asian culture.

Worst company Worst company Channels not working on the apps. When ring for help advisors dont understand english and what customers telling them. When asking when channels coming back same advise been listening for nearly over 1 year always with technical team,still no channels no movies punjabi channels dont work or hindi.
