GBFoxit support is effective via phone If online support fails, call their customer service number. It really is 24/7 and they really do call back. I was unable to update my Foxit subscription over a month - updating from the application did not work, and from the online auto-chat, it referred me to a download page that only listed trial versions. 1) It turns out "Trial" is also for software updates - their web management is SLOW on clarifying what that link provides. 2) The phone support sent me a direct link to update the software, which works. It may go up to 5 stars, when their web manager addresses the known issue.

GBThe company is not trustworthy The company is not trustworthy. They sent us the trial key which expired and we did not move forward because of a bug in the software. They created some invoice and sent it to collection!! How can you create and send invoice to collection if you never gave the production key?

GBI just deactivated foxit pdf from one… I just deactivated foxit pdf from one machine to transfer it to another. Deactivation was simple. Now I can't transfer it. Any online solutions I have found do not work or are so convoluted that they can't be followed. Customer service sucks. I've waited on the phone, but the call cuts off after 2 minutes. They said they do not do human contact. If I did not have a less than 5 months old subscription I would just say forget it, but I have already paid so I want what is owed.

GBNot worth even one star Not worth even one star despite being used for over a year. The real problem started with a machine upgrade at which point I discovered that the registration code didn't work because the original version was no longer downloadable. After some digging I found a page on the support website that "converted" old codes to new, but my original code was declared invalid, despite being printed on the invoice. No access to support either, no human support, no available office in the UK. Forget it, I'll find something else.

GB'Free Trial' was a scam 'Free Trial' was a scam! entered my payment details to try the product for 7 days - it wasnt for me so I cancelled within a couple of hours of downloading it. They took my money anyway. I contacted them numerous times to politely request my money back with proof of my cancellation and got nowhere. eventually had to go through paypal to get them to get my refund which they duly did for me. Thank goodness I used Paypal to pay! Terrible treatment by a company that couldnt care less.
