Utter Disappointment... THEY AREN'T RELIABLE I'm utterly disappointed with this company after 5 years as they seem to have broken their promise with their customers who made a ONE-TIME purchase of 159$ with PERPETUAL LICENSE to full features for Foxit Phantom, namely 9.10.5096. By the way, this is the ONLY version that open my files. Upper versions act up and shut down with sound-embedded heavy files of 15-60 MB. As of JAN 30, 2022, I AM NOT ALLOWED TO PROTECT any of my PDF booklets because they are pushing for paid Foxit Application Subscription. I paid for this right with a perpetual activation and now, they are doing this to me. I'm a teacher teaching online and I can't do any encryption anymore. I can't continue my classes because of this and have to postpone them. I'm at a great loss. Rights from the Original License are... I created a Trustpilot account… I created a Trustpilot account specifically for this. Their PDF reader is more difficult to remove than most malware, even though this software is well over a decade old.

PDF Compressor is a Great Product PDF Compressor is a great product for creating compressed and searchable PDF's from scanned images (our primary application). It delivers better results than any other product we have tried. PDF Compressor is expensive but, as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. We just upgraded our license to be able to go faster and it runs without a hitch.

Buggy license subscription and awful customer service I attempted to transfer my Foxit licence from an old computer to a new one, however the software appears to have a bug and won't allow re-activation. I already deactivated the licence on my old computer so it could be reactivated on the new one—this used to work before, but no longer does. When I created a support ticket, they did not resolve my issue but just closed the ticket saying it was resolved because they "cannot keep the ticket open for so long". Frustrating and extremely unprofessional.
