It is impossible to cancel your subscription Very dishonest company especially one that you have to give your credit card information to and feel they can just charge whatever they would like.the salesman lied, the managers lied and the admins lied,The service is actually terrible. I have technical issues at least once a week, sometimes more. The phone doesn't ring

GB9 years with Ooma and satisfied. My business has been with Ooma for the last 9 years. We've had minimal issues (there was a problem with forwarding at one point that was resolved pretty quickly), and the crucial find me/follow me service we rely on has been solid. The app works well for outbound calling on our cellphones, and I use an analog adapter so I can also keep my trusty old rotary phone in service for the fun of it. and the price is far lower than we paid for our old VoIP provider (Speakeasy).

GBI do not recommend this company at all I do not recommend this company at all. The service is okay but we switched to a different company that had phone/internet/cable bundled together that was better for our business. They charged my credit card almost $800 for 4 phones that we had for 2 years. The form I signed said you had to pay for the phones if you cancelled service after 30 days or before 12 months and we had them for over 2 years. When you call they say they will credit the money back but they never do. Very dishonest company especially one that you have to give your credit card information to and feel they can just charge whatever they would like. There are many options for phones out there and I would not recommend this one.

GBOnce Ooma Always Ooma Ooma is happy to sell you phones never telling you that even though you purchased the phones you don't actually own anything but a paperweight if you leave Ooma. Even if you bring your own phones their terms say that the phone can now only be provisioned to Ooma. So unless you have the capacity to manually provision phones NEVER USE OOMA!

GBdishonest retention tactics. This company has very poor customer service, which led me to switch to another carrier. Process, I was bullied and threatened into not canceling. I still do not have the promised receipts. I have tried to get in touch with the supervisor. There's been a long hold times and then the line disconnects and then they've tried to cancel the service before the porting is complete, which would mean that I lose my numbers. I've also asked for a copy of my terms and conditions, and was hung up on.
