GBOoma does not care about customers I was offered a chance to sign up for a free Ooma account as part of a package deal with T-Mobile. When things went wrong with T-mobile, I canceled my account and returned their equipment. When the Ooma equipment arrived, I called to ask for a return label; I hadn't opened the box or used the equipment. The customer service rep refused to send me a label, and we ended up having to pay nearly twenty five dollars to ship it back! I think this is very poor customer service indeed!

GBGood service and support so far! Our office switch to Ooma about 2 months ago. While in the beginning, there were a few "hiccups", overall, the service and support has been great. Our sales person was extremely helpful in setting up our system and the support team has been professional and friendly any time I have had an issue. ... and, we are saving significantly over what we were paying to AT&T.

CAI ported my number to another provider… I ported my number to another provider and Ooma kept charging me for the non existing service. Thats their policy. Stay away from Ooma, they will rip you out.

GBI do not recommend this company at all I do not recommend this company at all. The service is okay but we switched to a different company that had phone/internet/cable bundled together that was better for our business. They charged my credit card almost $800 for 4 phones that we had for 2 years. The form I signed said you had to pay for the phones if you cancelled service after 30 days or before 12 months and we had them for over 2 years. When you call they say they will credit the money back but they never do. Very dishonest company especially one that you have to give your credit card information to and feel they can just charge whatever they would like. There are many options for phones out there and I would not recommend this one.

GBFine - Until you want to cancel I had no issues with the service or equipment. However, if you want to cancel, just know that you will spend 15-30 minutes of your life trying to do so. I understand customer retention and offering a couple of deals to entice someone to stay. But, to completely ignore the customer on the line who repeatedly says, "I don't want any more offers, I'm not interested in keeping the service at any price", is just ridiculous - and poor business. I had to threaten a chargeback twice since I clearly wasn't getting off the phone anytime soon. I would NEVER recommend this company based on this interaction.
