Unprefessional company I placed an order for a Display Link adapter. Their website said it will reach me within 5 days in Germany. After 5 days, I emailed their customer support. Never got any reply. The next day, the order was cancelled without any explanation or reply and I got my refund. Meanwhile, I wasted 5 days then had to order again from Amazon. I think their customer support doesn't exist or they don't know how to handle customers in a professional way. A reply would be a "normal" response when your customer reach out to you about an order.

Top, great looking product! It looks great, and even after hours of uploading through the adapter it didn't overheat at all. It's also got really useful slots on it such as Usb so i could upload all my images onto my laptop! Would recommend for sure as a top product.

Not impressed So far, I have nothing good to say about this company. When I ordered, it said I would have it by Friday, it is now the following Tuesday and not even a peep from them. I was going to install the tracing app they use but that seems like there is a high likelihood of malware or getting my email sold. I have tried to contact them a couple of differnet ways, so let see what happens now.

Very disappointed with the purchase Very disappointed with the purchase. Even after 8 days of paying there is no news about the shipping. Response from customer service is very poor. I reviewed very positive about one of there products that I bought from Amazon. But now, I have serious doughts on them as a company.
