GBThere was a problem with the order There was a problem with the order, which was that the wrong item was sent. I emailed customer service on a Friday and didn't get a response by Monday. So I emailed again, marking it urgent. This time someone responded and they re-sent the item. The correct product has worked very well.

I used one on my motorcycle with my cellular phone and the other I carry in my work backpack. I am so please that I am going to order another pair to replace the cables that came with my Samsung S8.The QGeeM USB C Cable are superior cables.
