faulty multiport adapter Needed to replace faulty multiport adapter, which never worked properly from the day it was plugged in. Decided to try QGeeM USB-C 12Port Multyfunctional Adapter. Well worth the extra money. No issues at all, just plugged it in and both monitors lit up. Well pleased.

Unprefessional company I placed an order for a Display Link adapter. Their website said it will reach me within 5 days in Germany. After 5 days, I emailed their customer support. Never got any reply. The next day, the order was cancelled without any explanation or reply and I got my refund. Meanwhile, I wasted 5 days then had to order again from Amazon. I think their customer support doesn't exist or they don't know how to handle customers in a professional way. A reply would be a "normal" response when your customer reach out to you about an order.

Support is very slow Support is very slow. I sent an email inquiry and received reply only 4 days later informing me the item was out of stock. Then I requested refund. Again no reply for 5 days until I further followed up. Otherwise, the refund is smooth.

Not Happy So far they have taken my money & sent an email. I have sent 3 emails inquiring about expected delivery date & as yet no reply.
