GBUSB splitter Bought a USB splitter for work. The Splitter is working well and delivery was within the time frame mentioned. I did find cheaper alternatives after the purchase was already made.

GBQgeem Thunderbolt 4 Mini Dock A Bust Based on both company claims --"Leading the Times Technology: QGeeM Thunderbolt 4 Docking Station is committed to providing unparalleled simplicity, the highest performance and the most reliable connectivity" -- as well as Amazon rating of 4.5 stars, I purchased the Qgeem Thunderbolt 4 Mini Docking Station on January 27, 2023 from Amazon, where Qgeem additionally boasted "18-month warranty, and friendly customer service". Turns our they have none of the above. Within 10 months the product failed. After some circuitous emailing, Qgeem did some walking back on their support boasts: "Our products provide 3 months free return, 6 months free maintenance and 18 months free consultation service. Since your purchase is beyond the 3-month free returns period or more, I can no longer arrange a refund or exchange for you. If you return the product to our warehouse for repair, it will cost you high shipping costs and a lot of time. Our suggestion is: refund 30% of your order amount as a repair fee, what do you think?" Well, I thought I'd take that offer, but as it turns out, that was also exaggerated.... and evaporated almost as quickly as it had appeared. Subsequent emails to support01 at qgeem.com were never answered. So, buyer beware of Qgeem substandard items offered as premium, at premium prices with lofty claims. Oh yeah, Amazon couldn't care less.... Good luck, mates!

GBThere was a problem with the order There was a problem with the order, which was that the wrong item was sent. I emailed customer service on a Friday and didn't get a response by Monday. So I emailed again, marking it urgent. This time someone responded and they re-sent the item. The correct product has worked very well.
