I used one on my motorcycle with my cellular phone and the other I carry in my work backpack. CASupport is very slow Support is very slow. I sent an email inquiry and received reply only 4 days later informing me the item was out of stock. Then I requested refund. Again no reply for 5 days until I further followed up. Otherwise, the refund is smooth.

GBUSB splitter Bought a USB splitter for work. The Splitter is working well and delivery was within the time frame mentioned. I did find cheaper alternatives after the purchase was already made.

NLVery bad product and customer service Very bad product and customer service. Product fails within a year and when you mail QGeem for support and warranty they just don't respond. Please look for another brand as their product quality and service is non existent.
