CASupport is very slow Support is very slow. I sent an email inquiry and received reply only 4 days later informing me the item was out of stock. Then I requested refund. Again no reply for 5 days until I further followed up. Otherwise, the refund is smooth.

GBThere was a problem with the order There was a problem with the order, which was that the wrong item was sent. I emailed customer service on a Friday and didn't get a response by Monday. So I emailed again, marking it urgent. This time someone responded and they re-sent the item. The correct product has worked very well.
