GBI ordered an iPad on dec 1st I ordered an iPad on dec 1st. It said expedited 1-3 day shipping, so I expected it to be delivered before Christmas. I’ve emailed them 4 times. 3 times to get an eta or to figure out a solution. 1 time asking for a refund.....still no response
