GBGreat Customer Service!!! I ordered the wrong Air Pod and needed to exchange for another. Mac Merchant emailed me right back and told me which model I needed and what to do for an exchange. There was an issue on my end with the post office when sending it back and Mac Merchant did everything they could to make things right. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated everything they did. I will most definitely shop with them again in the future. Need more businesses like this.

GBMissing the remote, but MacMerchant made good on its mistake (Update: TheMacMerchant quickly addressed its oversight, delivering the missing remote in time for Christmas. So I’ve updated the original review below from 1 star to 4.) MISSING SOMETHING IMPORTANT. Quick delivery and a great price. But, darn it, the AppleTV 4K arrived WITHOUT A REMOTE CONTROL. Boo.

GBGreat Vendor, Recommend Buying used electronics over the internet sight unseen is always a risk. Ordered a Open Box iPad Pro 10.5 (2017 model). Arrived and was in Mint Condition. Checked battery life/efficiency and only 4 full cycles were used. So description was accurate. Item was well priced for Buy It Now Price on eBay. Had several email communications with Mac Merchant during purchase and shipping process and they were rapid and helpful. Recommend.
