GBI received the Left AirPod I received the Left AirPod, but after finding mine that I lost, I sent them an email twice asking how I can return it. I have yet to hear anything from them. I didn't even try to use the AirPod.

GBGreat Customer Service!!! I ordered the wrong Air Pod and needed to exchange for another. Mac Merchant emailed me right back and told me which model I needed and what to do for an exchange. There was an issue on my end with the post office when sending it back and Mac Merchant did everything they could to make things right. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated everything they did. I will most definitely shop with them again in the future. Need more businesses like this.
