No respond to emails I have sent three email requests for return via their recommended process. NO response. I need an exchange on an accessory that I incorrectly ordered.

ORder ORder: 19-05270-60789, 3 weeks waiting and never sent my Macbook. They said that they had to replace the battery, then they ignored all my message so I had to open a claim to get the refund.

Great Vendor, Recommend Buying used electronics over the internet sight unseen is always a risk. Ordered a Open Box iPad Pro 10.5 (2017 model). Arrived and was in Mint Condition. Checked battery life/efficiency and only 4 full cycles were used. So description was accurate. Item was well priced for Buy It Now Price on eBay. Had several email communications with Mac Merchant during purchase and shipping process and they were rapid and helpful. Recommend.
