Emailed for a response regarding my order and nothing. Not even an acknowledgment. Disappointed and may hav e to open a claim, thank god I used PayPal.

GBGreat Customer Service!!! I ordered the wrong Air Pod and needed to exchange for another. Mac Merchant emailed me right back and told me which model I needed and what to do for an exchange. There was an issue on my end with the post office when sending it back and Mac Merchant did everything they could to make things right. Communication was excellent and I really appreciated everything they did. I will most definitely shop with them again in the future. Need more businesses like this.

GBNo respond to emails I have sent three email requests for return via their recommended process. NO response. I need an exchange on an accessory that I incorrectly ordered.

GBStay away The Apple TV I bought came in a plastic baggie. After 3 h trying to get it to work, I gave up. It was obviously faulty. I emailed right away requesting a return, but after a week am still waiting for a response! Stay away from this merchant
