First time I have ordered from MacMall… First time I have ordered from MacMall and I have been pleasantly surprised. I ordered a refurbished HP laptop and frankly scared about the condition, but everything was terrific. The laptop arrived earlier than I expected and all was in great shape!! Very satisfied!!!

They resoonded and made it right. Great company I received an email with an apology for the misunderstanding. Customer Care Representative reached out and tried to make it better. I appreciate that they took the time to make the issue/situation better. That speaks volumes for a company who prides itself on customer service. Yes i was disappointed and it doesnt change the fact that i received my product a day late. The good thing is my son was very happy and excited to recieve his birthday gift. Thank you Macmall for making things right.

The ultimate online definition of price, quality and service I use Macmall whenever I need accessories to my Apple products that do not need a direct Apple acquisition. Mac mall has come thru again Mac mall has come thru again. It’s been about 20-30 years since I last used Macmall to buy a PC usually a Mac. I shopped around on other computer websites and Mm discounted a brand new 2018 MacbookAir by $100 which is usually unheard of for an Apple product. The Air arrived within a short time and in excellent condition. I must say that the packaging by Apple is exemplary. I’ve never owned a laptop, so I’m enjoying this new experience and not touching the screen as on my iPad!

Laptop came as advertised. Works great. Virtually brand new. I purchased an HP 810 Revolve G3, rated grade A. It looks brand new. There are no scratches or dents, and the little laptop installed all the latest Windows 10 Pro updates. It is fast. I opted to replace the existing 4GB replaceable DIMM with an 8GB DIMM to get to a total of 12GB of DIMM. I loaded up the laptop with the Microsoft Office suite, and several very big games. The total space free out of the 238GB available is 192GB, so no need to go any bigger on the SSD. I also had an existing 400GB microsd card which extends the storage even further. Battery life is good, at about 6-7 hours of extensive use. The folks at Macmall are the real deal. I highly recommend this seller.
