GBThe Mac configuration I ordered from… The Mac configuration I ordered from the MacMall website was discontinued. It took almost a week to inform me of that. To get a similar product the Mac had to be ordered directly from Apple and then shipped to me. That took another week and a half. A product I should have had in a few days took almost three weeks. MacMall needs to be on top of inventory and keep the website up to date. All I got was a $20 credit for the inconvenience. That disappeared quickly because the new Mac cost more than the one advertised that was discontinued. The customer service rep didn't seem too apologetic about it. I eventually got the Mac and I am happy to move forward.

GBThey resoonded and made it right. Great company I received an email with an apology for the misunderstanding. Customer Care Representative reached out and tried to make it better. I appreciate that they took the time to make the issue/situation better. That speaks volumes for a company who prides itself on customer service. Yes i was disappointed and it doesnt change the fact that i received my product a day late. The good thing is my son was very happy and excited to recieve his birthday gift. Thank you Macmall for making things right.

GBTerrible Terrible, first time i tried and will be last time. My company purchased Adobe Acrobat Reader retail copy, 9 days later, i check status and it still says "PROCESSING". So i emailed them to just cancel it, checked 48hrs later, and still "PROCESSING", as if they still havnt checked email yet So i called them twice during their business hours and hit #2 for Customer Service, after 9-10 rings it goes to a busy tone.

GBI have never had a problem with MacMall… I have never had a problem with MacMall in over 20 years of purchasing computers from them. I have purchased Macs and PCs; I have purchased working on the phone through one of their representatives and straight off the website; and in each instance the purchase has been trouble-free and the equipment arrived on-time and in good shape. I would highly recommend MacMall.

GBMacMall is a great company with great… MacMall is a great company with great deals. However, their customer service is near non-existent so a major online purchase should be carefully weighed. If you live near a store, you can at least go in and speak to someone. It took them 1 week to adequately respond to my concern over a recent purchase of an external hard drive.
