For the most part, customer service is dismal these days, but Randi Moskowitz was an absolute star. She kept in touch, gave me updates, and ensured that the table was in perfect condition, had all the accessories we needed, and was on time for our pickup. Veronica Mendoza provided great customer support! My email address was retired, so I was unable to log into my account. During a chat with Veronica, she gathered all my information, told me I'd be assigned a new sales rep, and reconfirmed my information. Having a Help Desk management background myself, I know she asked all the right questions, and was quickly responsive. Kudos to Veronica!

Poor equipment issue, causes more pain! It is good for one’s back. But it causes other ergonomic issues when working with the setup of 2 monitors 1 laptop and keyboard. I had to stop using versadesk because was feeling more pain then before. Now the versadesk is on the basement useless. When trying using versadesk with the equipment ratio I just mentioned, it is highly NOT recommended.

Second VersaDesk: Well Constructed, User Friendly, & Perfect Dimensions I've used a VersaDesk for the last four years at work, and enjoyed it so much that I purchased one for my home office after we all moved to telework the last couple months. It is extremely well constructed (very sturdy), and the primary platform dimensions compared to the keyboard dimensions are perfectly matched. Not the case with other major competitors. It comes in two pieces and is easily put together, and using it is even easier. Very reliable. Goal is to one day get the full desk.
