GBThe customer services is awful The customer services is awful. I've been trying to get someone to address an issue with our desk for months. The rep, Eduardo Silva was extremely unresponsive, and once I finally got him to say he would fix it, nothing has happened since then. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, that still, has yet to be resolved. Order #527104

GBGreat desk, disappointing return rules I love the desk itself but also purchased the dual arm and realized it wasn't a good fit for me. Upon trying to return it I found out I would only be reimbursed for a small percentage of what I paid and there was no guarantee they would take it back; I would have to ship it in and hope for the best. I have all the pieces as it was never used but the hardware bags were opened. With having to pay the shipping as well I decided it wasn't worth it. Versa products are not cheap and I would've expected a customer service plan that works with their customer better than this.

GBSecond VersaDesk: Well Constructed, User Friendly, & Perfect Dimensions I've used a VersaDesk for the last four years at work, and enjoyed it so much that I purchased one for my home office after we all moved to telework the last couple months. It is extremely well constructed (very sturdy), and the primary platform dimensions compared to the keyboard dimensions are perfectly matched. Not the case with other major competitors. It comes in two pieces and is easily put together, and using it is even easier. Very reliable. Goal is to one day get the full desk.

GBService is non-existent! Do much better. As far as I could tell, you had no customer service. I called repeatedly but could never get in touch with anyone via the phone number and nothing on the website worked either. I actually thought I had been scammed and thrown away $1000 on a product that would never show up. Seriously I was about to call my credit card company and report my order as FRAUD! I was willing to give it 30 days and luckily the shipping notice came just before then. But really and truly you must do better because the desk, once I received it, has been fantastic. It is shameful to lose business when your products are good!

AQLove the Desk Ordering process was fine. Rc'd email about credit card that additional authorization was needed. Called Cust Svc and asked to use a different credit card. No problem there; however, I was double charged. Sent an email regarding the matter, no response, so called and was able to get it resolved w/i 48 hours. I Love the desk!!
