GBThe customer services is awful The customer services is awful. I've been trying to get someone to address an issue with our desk for months. The rep, Eduardo Silva was extremely unresponsive, and once I finally got him to say he would fix it, nothing has happened since then. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, that still, has yet to be resolved. Order #527104

GBOrdering VersaDesk Through Randi Moskowitz I enjoy working with Randi Moskowitz on ordering VersaDesk for our customer at Atrium Healthcare. She is very responsive to my emails along with following up with me to make sure I'm all set on all the orders I order from them. She has top notch customer service skills that I don't mind when things are delayed because she a great communicator. Keep up the good work Randi! :-)

GBOne of the worst buying experience… One of the worst buying experience ever. First the product was falsely advertised. Product was not compatible with my iMac. I have post sales customer service a chance to assist me. After going back-and-forth numerous phone calls, emails and often times no callbacks that was promised and emails ignores, I was advised I needed to purchase additional hardware. But they did not know what hardware I needed to purchase! I ultimately returned the product. Adding insult to injury they wanted me to pay to ship it back. SMH

GBBest equipment I own. My desk arrived on time, set up was easy. I called customer service once just in case I needed help and was answered right away - a real person! That was three months ago, my powered standing desk looks and works same as new, and I have it loaded with three monitors and a laptop on top and a powerful (heavy) desktop computer hanging underneath. Still solid, with smooth up and down precise movement.

GBGreat desk, disappointing return rules I love the desk itself but also purchased the dual arm and realized it wasn't a good fit for me. Upon trying to return it I found out I would only be reimbursed for a small percentage of what I paid and there was no guarantee they would take it back; I would have to ship it in and hope for the best. I have all the pieces as it was never used but the hardware bags were opened. With having to pay the shipping as well I decided it wasn't worth it. Versa products are not cheap and I would've expected a customer service plan that works with their customer better than this.
