Beware of their very short return policy Beware that their return policy is only 14 days even during the holiday season. My husband ordered me a watch case for Christmas and of course he ordered it more than 14 days beforehand considering how shipping can be in December. The case and band are way too big on me and now I am stuck with a $150 case that is useless to me. Most companies make exceptions to their return policy at Christmas time, but they do not.

Black Friday discount code In several of their Black Friday ads there was a code to save $ on the item(s) one could use to have the Black Friday deal. Every single time I tried applying the code (s) it never worked. After reaching out to the company concerning the frustration I was experiencing using the code, they sent me a new code to apply and it worked! I then purchased the item I wanted with a Black Friday discount.

Great Customer Service The original product I received (iPad wireless keyboard) was only working when plugged in. After emailing support, they helped me troubleshoot to see if that would fix the issue. When the troubleshoots were not working, they sent me a replacement at no charge. Throughout the whole experience Angelo was very helpful.

Defective Keyboards for iPAD version 6.… Ordered a keyboard/case for my iPad Pro. The first one did not work. After pairing, there were several keys that did not function. Was offered a replacement keyboard, and no need to return the defective one. Received the second one which ended up with similar defects. Asked for refund. Paid for shipping both defective keyboards back, although the first one was not required to be returned. Received a refund for 1/2 of what I had paid. Never, ever, will buy something from Gold and Cherry, or recommend their products.

Needed to contact Gold & Cherry… Needed to contact Gold & Cherry Customer Service when I could not power up my iPad keyboard case. Received same day email response with high level trouble shooting guidelines, which was exactly what I needed. Solved problem in a minute. Typing this 5 star review with my iPad keyboard!
