GBThis company is not legitimate This company is not legitimate. They did not ship my package, provided tracking information but post office never received the package. When I tried to call their office number, no one ever answered. I tried messaging them on Instagram, they responded they would check into it but said package is delayed. They have now blocked me from commenting to warn other customers on their website.

FRDISHONESTY IS CERTAINLY NOT THE BEST POLICY !!! I am rarely mistaken when I say : I SMELL A RAT !!! In the past, I have purchased a keyboard from these people with no issues. This time, it’s a nightmare. It’s unfortunate that I did not read reviews here. I am having the same problem as another customer here, Mr. John Brooke. Purchased a keyboard on Jan 7th and it is defective not even 3 months later. There are letters that do not work, and there is flickering on the screen, the keyboard streams over letters on its own ; it has a mind of its own. I am being told the following : that the limited warranty does not cover defects, which is false, and that I cannot send the keyboard back because it would cost too much !! Their proposition to me is to buy another at 1/2 price !!!!??? I have been taken for « stupid » before, but this beats the contest !! It is obvious that their company has cut corners on the quality of their product and that customers will be bearing the pains of it. I will NOT help and I will spread the word of this illicit policy to EVERYONE I KNOW. If there is ONE thing I cannot stand, it is dishonesty and it has to be flushed out of our system. Let’s start HERE !!!

GBKeyboard research I purchased inexpensive keyboards two times for my iPad Pro, returned both. Determined to only make one more purchase I researched keyboards. I contacted Gold and Cherry and after several emails back and forth with customer service I am convinced this is the company I should purchase from. Their response to my questions were prompt and detailed even when I didn’t fully understand the information.

GBDefective Keyboards for iPAD version 6.… Ordered a keyboard/case for my iPad Pro. The first one did not work. After pairing, there were several keys that did not function. Was offered a replacement keyboard, and no need to return the defective one. Received the second one which ended up with similar defects. Asked for refund. Paid for shipping both defective keyboards back, although the first one was not required to be returned. Received a refund for 1/2 of what I had paid. Never, ever, will buy something from Gold and Cherry, or recommend their products.

Customer service worked fast and proficient at making sure the correct address was used. Less than 8 hours later, everything was taken care of. Great customer service!! Thank you!!
