Should be 10 stars instead of 5 Should be 10 stars instead of 5. Dealt with these people almost since LogicSupply started. Never a problem, always helpful. In three cases they bent over backwards to meet our requirements. Been fascinating to watch them grow and evolve. Will definitely continue dealing with OnLogic.

Shockingly bad customer service Sadly there is an old saying that you can only know how good a company is when you test their post-sales service. Well, sadly, I have now had the opportunity to test OnLogic post-sales service and, well, to say I am NOT impressed would be being very polite. First, they sent me a device with a faulty hot-swap SATA port. Support operates at a lethargic pace, they send you an email, you reply, then you don't receive a reply for days. It took at lot, far too much, chasing of OnLogic to get an RMA to return the unit for repair. Second, they sent a delivery to me by UPS. UPS kept on re-scheduling the delivery, which was strange because I received many other UPS deliveries the same week, only the OnLogic delivery had problems. Then UPS lied and claimed "security access issues" for being unable to deliver. This is a lie becuse the UPS driver delivers to me almost every day. I have raised this with OnLogic but they don't care.

We purchased 5 fanless computers and in… We purchased 5 fanless computers and in a little more than 1 year 4 of them failed. We think that the problem is with the power control and guess that the main board is OK but Onlogic will not fix them. Looks like the only solution is to toss them out.

Great products. Exceptional customer service I was well aware of supply chain issues especially with certain electronics components due to Covid 19. OnLogic wrote me shortly my having placed the order to communicate the ETA as best they could and then again when the parts arrived to confirm the estimated production date which was exactly in line with their estimate. Transparency is a dying trait but not with these folks. Received the build a couple of days after it went into production. Had to open a ticket with tech support. I was unfamiliar with this particular Make of MoBo/BIOS. Tech support got back to me within a couple of business hours. Easy fix and clear directions with screen captures to point me in the right direction.

30+ days to deliver the product when… 30+ days to deliver the product when they said 3-5(once they have parts is in the fine print) Would not up shipping speed after the 30 day delay, or offer any other compensation. Wouldn't even say they were sorry for the delay. When it arrived, 1) no wireless antennas (1 bar connection until I added some) 2) The additional parts included (port covers) were not worth anywhere near what was paid for them (very disappointing) Cheap plastic port covers, Standard HDMI to DVI Adapter from Monoprice. 3) What is the block of clay for? I will not be ordering again, even if a customer requests one. At least it works now that it finally arrived.
