GBGreat machine, great company! Great machine, excellent service. I bought a small sealed, fanless computer from Logic Supply online. The machine is customized exactly as I wanted using their website. It's more expensive than a commodity PC, but it's weatherproof and rugged. I use it in a mountain meadow at treelike to take photos of distant galaxies. It runs off of 12v unattended for weeks on end. Both the machine and the company are great. Highly recommended!

GBLack of updates Order was placed and did not receive any updates. Upon chatting with the online associate, it was found that their internal finance team had place a hold with no explanation. Never contacted me with any updates until I called them. Hold was removed and another 2 weeks to ship. A total of 1 month between placing the order and receiving the device. Have not received the device yet.

GBHave been deploying these all over in… Have been deploying these all over in shop floor environments + machine panels and have had an excellent experience. Onlogic + Linux has been a solid platform. Their support has also been very good in the very few issues I've had. With almost 30 of these machines deployed, I don't regret them at all and would recommend them highly.

GBAbility to place order and shipping it… Ability to place order and shipping it fast was fantastic. Price of these serial cable headers was a bit high...but I honestly couldn't find anyone else that clearly showed me the two different pinouts and offerred them both, so I bought from you anyway.

GBGreat products. Exceptional customer service I was well aware of supply chain issues especially with certain electronics components due to Covid 19. OnLogic wrote me shortly my having placed the order to communicate the ETA as best they could and then again when the parts arrived to confirm the estimated production date which was exactly in line with their estimate. Transparency is a dying trait but not with these folks. Received the build a couple of days after it went into production. Had to open a ticket with tech support. I was unfamiliar with this particular Make of MoBo/BIOS. Tech support got back to me within a couple of business hours. Easy fix and clear directions with screen captures to point me in the right direction.
