GBI bought a small sealed I bought a small sealed, fanless computer from Logic Supply online. The machine is customized exactly as I wanted using their website.Their support team is always spot on for answering my questions. All the staff I talked with were very helpful and friendly.

Jarrett went to work and quickly reconfigured our box and more importantly he minimized the impact to our schedule. I can’t say enough good things about Jarrett ... BTW: We were amazed at how fast the configuration option we selected was removed from your web site ... preventing other potential customers from the issue

GBGreat machine, great company! Great machine, excellent service. I bought a small sealed, fanless computer from Logic Supply online. The machine is customized exactly as I wanted using their website. It's more expensive than a commodity PC, but it's weatherproof and rugged. I use it in a mountain meadow at treelike to take photos of distant galaxies. It runs off of 12v unattended for weeks on end. Both the machine and the company are great. Highly recommended!

GBShockingly bad customer service Sadly there is an old saying that you can only know how good a company is when you test their post-sales service. Well, sadly, I have now had the opportunity to test OnLogic post-sales service and, well, to say I am NOT impressed would be being very polite. First, they sent me a device with a faulty hot-swap SATA port. Support operates at a lethargic pace, they send you an email, you reply, then you don't receive a reply for days. It took at lot, far too much, chasing of OnLogic to get an RMA to return the unit for repair. Second, they sent a delivery to me by UPS. UPS kept on re-scheduling the delivery, which was strange because I received many other UPS deliveries the same week, only the OnLogic delivery had problems. Then UPS lied and claimed "security access issues" for being unable to deliver. This is a lie becuse the UPS driver delivers to me almost every day. I have raised this with OnLogic but they don't care.
