GBCustomer service good, product is antiquated The customer service is always courteous and responsive, but unfortunately the software is not very functional and since the updates, even less so. We are looking for another system to track our volunteers.

They're polite and professional on the phone and always work hard to find a solution to problems. The software itself could be made a little more user friendly, but that's about the only complaint I would raise. It is stable and works well, which is always great for a type of software that needs reliability to be a key component.
