Good Company. A pleasure to deal with Keepntrack has been a pleasure to work with whenever we've had questions or issues. They're polite and professional on the phone and always work hard to find a solution to problems. The software itself could be made a little more user friendly, but that's about the only complaint I would raise. It is stable and works well, which is always great for a type of software that needs reliability to be a key component.

Constantly fails, looking for a new system We've used Keepntrack for 4 years. Within the last 2 years, the peripheral equipment constantly stops working so we have to unplug and replug to make work. When that doesn't work, we have to delete cookies. When that doesn't work, we have reinstall the drivers. The system only works with Internet Explorer, which is a dying browser. Our receptionist shelved the system 2 months ago and uses a manual process now. We're on the market for a new system.
