GBConstantly fails, looking for a new system We've used Keepntrack for 4 years. Within the last 2 years, the peripheral equipment constantly stops working so we have to unplug and replug to make work. When that doesn't work, we have to delete cookies. When that doesn't work, we have reinstall the drivers. The system only works with Internet Explorer, which is a dying browser. Our receptionist shelved the system 2 months ago and uses a manual process now. We're on the market for a new system.

GBRespectful, very quick and accommodating customer support! Very rarely do you find a software which is not sold as custom but seeks to include your input so thoroughly.

GBI like this program, but we have experienced some friction that at times makes it not so user friendly. The program does not always read scanned birthdays correctly. It often times will check someone in but will not print the badge. The customer service folks are very pleasant and patient.

GBGood Company. A pleasure to deal with Keepntrack has been a pleasure to work with whenever we've had questions or issues. They're polite and professional on the phone and always work hard to find a solution to problems. The software itself could be made a little more user friendly, but that's about the only complaint I would raise. It is stable and works well, which is always great for a type of software that needs reliability to be a key component.

GBNot perfect, but close. I oversaw the daily use of this program to monitor visitors to a 2,000 student high school. Over the course of three years of use we never had an issue that kept us from performing the important function of checking entering visitors. We had a few times each month that a red flag would be raised but we never had a problem because we were notified and able to individually monitor the location of each of these visitors.
