About Keepntrack

We believe in providing education professionals with software solutions that save time, improve organization, and provide a high level of accountability. Our visitor management, volunteer management, and student management software allows professionals to spend time doing what they love and less time doing menial tasks. Established in 2007 by Bill Schjelderup, KeepnTrack was the first software solution to provide schools the ability to manage visitors, volunteers, vendors, staff, and students from one easy to use portal. With KeepnTrack, schools can easily and accurately run sex offender checks and criminal background checks which increases the safety and security of the school and students. Customer service good, product is antiquated The customer service is always courteous and responsive, but unfortunately the software is not very functional and since the updates, even less so. We are looking for another system to track our volunteers.

Not perfect, but close. I oversaw the daily use of this program to monitor visitors to a 2,000 student high school. Over the course of three years of use we never had an issue that kept us from performing the important function of checking entering visitors. We had a few times each month that a red flag would be raised but we never had a problem because we were notified and able to individually monitor the location of each of these visitors.

We love Keepntrack Keepntrack allows us to ensure we know who is entering our schools. It is easy to use, and has done a great job in keeping our buildings safe.

Not a good experience with Keepntrack It was a very clunky system to work with. There were frequent breakdowns or "freezes" between the components. A year ago, I was getting so many complaints from building secretaries and principals, we stopped using the system and went back to the old paper and pencil means of signing people in. Very, very frustrating.
