GBSlow and unresponsive at times We like the functionality of Keepntrack and what it does for our school. Although, many times we have had a slow or unresponsive system, times when we have had to tell the users, "nevermind, it isn't working right". This system should be 100% all the time.

GBConstantly fails, looking for a new system We've used Keepntrack for 4 years. Within the last 2 years, the peripheral equipment constantly stops working so we have to unplug and replug to make work. When that doesn't work, we have to delete cookies. When that doesn't work, we have reinstall the drivers. The system only works with Internet Explorer, which is a dying browser. Our receptionist shelved the system 2 months ago and uses a manual process now. We're on the market for a new system.

GBGreat visitor tracking! KeepNTrack is a recent addition to one of our campuses and it has worked really well for us so far. We had a few bumps early on getting things to work how we wanted, but it's way better than the binder we were using, now that the issues have been ironed out. The multi-language option has also been great, since a large number of our students' parents speak only Spanish. I definitely would recommend this software to other schools!
