I like this program, but we have experienced some friction that at times makes it not so user friendly. The program does not always read scanned birthdays correctly. It often times will check someone in but will not print the badge. The customer service folks are very pleasant and patient.

Not a good experience with Keepntrack It was a very clunky system to work with. There were frequent breakdowns or "freezes" between the components. A year ago, I was getting so many complaints from building secretaries and principals, we stopped using the system and went back to the old paper and pencil means of signing people in. Very, very frustrating.

Works well most of the time This system works well most of the time. I mostly had to figure out the system on my own since the helpline takes so long to troubleshoot problems. I work in the office and can't be sitting on the phone for an hour. This is our 2nd year with the system and I'm more familiar with it and more comfortable navigating through it. I do really like the reports for tardies and the reports for our volunteers.

Customer Service Needs Improvement Dealing with customer service seemed to degrade over time with our experience with Keepintrack. We had some software issues that we were told they couldn't help with due to our hardware system. This same hardware has been running the program for months earlier. It was basically a lack of trying to help us with our issue.

Not liking new update I liked the version I used last school year. It was easier to look up history and delete history. I'm not liking the birthday on the volunteer log in page.
