Professionalism stills count My main screen wasn't placed back on my computer and to me my computer was acting slow. Later on Jeremy had contacted me and went to work. In less than 30 minutes he contacted me and told me it was all done, I was impressed with his manner and professionalism. He left me a summary statement on what he had done. I called and a rude customer service rep not from the United States tried to tell me I only cancelled the monthly subscription but not the yearly subscription. He then insulted me by telling me "It's only $20, it's cheap". You do not tell people what is affordable to them or not. What a scam.
