GBBest tech support service ever! There was a problem with the keyboard and mouse that made it almost impossible to communicate via chat, social media, or e-mail. The technician uncovered an underlying problem and fixed it too, without my having to request troubleshooting. My computer is now fully operational and I can complete my work in time to meet my deadline.

GBThe best virus scan/anti-hacking program... I can't understand some of the negative comments/reviews that I just read about "My Clean PC/US Tech Support/My Clean ID...Although I can't remember how long I've been a customer, it was at the beginning stages of viruses on computers when I saw a commercial and thought "why not"? It has been the absolute best "why not try it"? program...Now all of a sudden scammers/hackers/viruses have become rampant...I simply call "tech support" and problem is solved...At first I was concerned when the "free scan" had a "hidden" fee and I was asked for my credit card #..However, over the many years that I've been a customer I have had pleasant conversations/assistance from their technicians which is so important nowadays...I would highly recommend My Clean ID to everyone!!

GBTechs were very professional Techs were very professional, took care of my needs and offered excellent service, explaining everything they were doing with me. The tech, Marc, was very patient with me and my old computer. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing help to protect their computer. Price for additional services very reasonable.

GBfaster is better. computer is running smoother and not hanging up for quite awhile. I went up on an older computer recently at the same website I thought that System mechanic didn't catch that on my new Mark gave me suggestions to improve my computer experience.

GBi thought there was a conflict between… i thought there was a conflict between thunderbird and VPN Hotspot, your tech. Jan T. very quickly identified that the conflict was actually caused by my own ISP security, i knocked that off, and hey presto! everything works just fine. Jan T. is obviously very perceptive, very quickly knew cause of problem, 8 minutes to get me going again.
