Technicians are fantastic, the wait to get them is unacceptable The interaction with the technician, Fernando Ignacio was as expected - truly great. However, I have had an excessively long wait time, several hours to get the technician(s). The wait time is unacceptable. Then the first line individuals continually try the "hard sell" to the point of being obnoxious in trying to sell the "latest product." They simply fail to understand the word "NO" This is very fustrating and if it was not for the high quality of the 2nd level techs I would not stay with this product.
