GBThey need to keep track of their inventory! Site said something was in stock, allowed me to buy it, then a few days later told me they didn't have it and refunded my money. A GIANT waste of time, leaving me without a PC for days; when I could have just ordered from a different vendor. Other stores show "out of stock" when they don't have something ready to ship. I guarantee I'll never be going back to this site after this experience. When I need a part, I need to know that the money I'm laying down will actually secure what I need. "Here's some money, go see if you can find this for me" is not an experience I'm interested in.

GBGreat product, great service, great company. Found out about this company through word of mouth and wanted to try them out. Couldn’t be more happy. Customer service was top notch, Adele was able to sit down with me and talk cost savings and still getting the performance out the computer I needed. I ended up purchasing two PC and within three weeks (hell of a turn around from a ground up build and parts being shipped). After the purchase I received a follow up text asking how satisfied I was (extremely) and was informed of any issues that may pop up to contact them immediately for trouble shooting or warranty replacement. Great guy, very sincere and eager to work WITH you. Highly recommend and will be our ch asking more from them in the future.

GBI took my original 1 star review down I took my original 1 star review down, but I’m back to leave yet another, and this one will stay! This company took my money, and then informed they didn’t have the gpu on hand, I waited and waited and heard nothing from them! Demanding a refund, take your money elsewher, optimaltex is a joke

GBI purchased a pc in august for my son… I purchased a pc in august for my son had to send it back two times due to damage, not sure who caused the damage just knw it was not me or my son. Been waiting for my money for a month now. Ups said they sent back the item and refunded the company for the damage. I just want my money.

GBGreat customer service Purchased a computer for my sons birthday and far exceeded my expectaions with helpfulness and spot on answering of any questions i had or issues. Runs amazing and all the rgb colors my son loves so great company and great people.
