Transparency and simplicity meet features… I really can't put into words how much I love this service. The feature set and pricing are unmatched. The customer service from day one was awesome. But what really strikes me is their transparency and simplicity. No gotchas! For example, read their privacy policy. They have gone to great pains, after the lawyerese to explain in layman's terms what you just read.

It does not audibly notify me of incoming text messages, text messages can be late or never arrive and phone calls can take too long to connect resulting in the caller hanging up or going to voice mail.

Contrary to the false representations made by Tresta in response to my complaint, the additional costs are not listed on their website. I would be more than happy to send them screen shots of the "pricing" page on their website. "Super Simple Pricing $15 per month". No mention of "cost recovery fees".

I found the Tresta service to be stable… I found the Tresta service to be stable and reliable. I was using another company for my outgoing business calls, but my calls kept getting disconnected and dropping. Tresta worked reagrdless if it was a 15minute call or an hour and a half. Thanks

As a contractor As a contractor, I'm frequently on loud or hazardous job sites that prevent me from being able to take every call. I love that with Tresta, I never miss a call because every single call is answered, a voicemail is recorded and immediately sent to my smartphone, alerting me and including the voice file. Tresta has my highest recommendation!
