Tresta is good because you can have at… Tresta is good because you can have at least 3 phone numbers sent to your main phone number and be able to dial out from those numbers via their App. The problem Tresta has is setting up your Voicemail and your Businesses schedule through their website. It is so confusing to do! You will need to call customer service and have them help you. You cannot do it on your own. Their customer service is very helpful too. If they could make setting up the voicemail and scheduling easy like their competitor "Grasshopper," then they would be THE BEST!

1 star edited to 3 star due to customer service rep. I'm editing my review from a one star to a three just because of the quick response to resolve the problem that I am having. They haven't necessarily fixed the problem yet, but as a business owner I can definitely respect the fact that they have already reached out to me and that they stand behind the product and they are trying to find out why I'm having such difficulties. I was told they would be reaching back out to me to let me know what they find.

unfortunately unfortunately, tresta as yet does not adequately replace my iphone's stock messages and phone apps. It does not audibly notify me of incoming text messages, text messages can be late or never arrive and phone calls can take too long to connect resulting in the caller hanging up or going to voice mail.

I found the Tresta service to be stable… I found the Tresta service to be stable and reliable. I was using another company for my outgoing business calls, but my calls kept getting disconnected and dropping. Tresta worked reagrdless if it was a 15minute call or an hour and a half. Thanks

Solved our working from home phone line… Solved our working from home phone line issue at the start of the pandemic. It's affordable & easy to use. We purchased two different area codes and can switch back and forth between numbers with no issue. I have had some glitches with people unable to call me back from 504 area code number but the other 803 area code number has never had that problem. UPDATE 2.15.21 The Tresta team saw my review and called the same day to assist with the issue I was having with the 504 number. The issue has been resolved and they credited my account for one month due to the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and tech support.
