GBThe Customer service rep Ronald (emp ID… The Customer service rep Ronald (emp ID - 1498) was awesome, could solve my esim download issue easily, before him all the reps tried but could not help and hold the call on music for long. Hats off to Ronald, keep up the good job , he is more helpful and customer oriented.

GBNo "unlimited" data! RedPocket advertises unlimited data plans with "a reduction in speed once allotted GB is exceeded." But in my case reduction in speed did not mean slower data, it meant NO data. Two "troubleshooting" chats of 60-90 minutes each could not resolve this problem. I kept being told that streaming would not be possible at slower speed, but the problem was NO data at all, not high-data applications. I noted this issue within weeks of starting my annual plan, but RedPocket would not refund me. To make matters worse, RedPocket then threatened to disallow porting out my phone number (i.e., holding my phone number hostage) because I started a credit card dispute. Beware when dealing with this scammy company!

GBRed Pocket Customer Service = 5+ Stars!! Red Pocket customer service is on top of issues; I had contacted them multiple times prior to switching from another MVNO that costs $20.00 for only cell service [Data was $10.00/GB additional (Taxes and fees added on top of all that)]. My multiple contacts with Red Pocket customer service was over a period of time, from late 2023 and into early 2024 versus a once and done issue.

GBHorrible horrible horrible asked for… Horrible horrible horrible asked for refund instruction no reply. Phone never could out or incoming connections. Says Call Ended right after dialing.
