Pleasantly Surprised I was very skeptical at first, switching from a major carrier to RP. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised with just about everything, including dealing with customer service. I have not travelled much, so I'm not sure how that part will stand up, but around town, it has been superb service.

Fantastic Support Just wanted to say thank you to RP CS Stephen for the fantastic assistance today. We forgot to renew our annual plan on one of our phones and he was able to restore the phone line (re-port the number) and activate a quick 1Month plan to get things moving again! Fantastic support! Very supportive customer live chat… Very supportive customer live chat team. Smooth process. Only few time you have issue connecting the live chat but if you connected they help until your issue get resolved. I connected to RP CS Jennie she is Great!

Red Pocket is a great choice! Red Pocket has amazing customer service! Their plans are good and if you need to, you can pay in advance for another month or more. It helps out a lot for low income people like me.
