We are very pleased with the device, it's features, and the customer service experience. I would definitely recommend this phone to those who might be nervous to get there middle school student a smart phone.

I was a bit skeptical because I had never heard of this company but, after having this phone for 5 months now, I have only had a good experience. Customer service is 100% amazing too. If you have a question about anything, there is always someone there to help. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a monitored phone for their child.

My concerns and questions are always treated in a respectful way and they stick with me until the issue is resolved, even if it takes a while and multiple attempts. Loved The Phone Overall I gave my 10 year old son one of these Pinwheel phones, and he loved it! There were games and apps that kept him happy but not addicted, and we had customer support immediately after something went wrong. Nice work, Pinwheel!!
