My concerns and questions are always treated in a respectful way and they stick with me until the issue is resolved, even if it takes a while and multiple attempts. Exactly what we were looking for We purchased a Pinwheel phone for our son last summer, and it has been an amazing experience. I've been able to easily customize settings for my son using the app. On two occasions I wasn't sure how to proceed, but the live chat on the website was able to assist me promptly and provide me with the information I needed. We have his phone set to only receive texts/calls from approved numbers and it has worked perfectly. Furthermore, approving new contacts is super fast and easy on the parent app (as is revoking them if they're no longer needed). A+

Returns are long , complicated and arduous It has been a nightmare. It was over 1 month shipping. The phone was defective. I notified customer service. I had to take it to a technician to verify it wasn’t my incompetence. Then they asked for 5 different sets of pictures and video to ensure the phone was not scratched even though the screen was not the issue. My request for a refund had been passed to five different “agents and they still won’t refund or replace… update I was able to get help from a team lead who was gracious and efficient. I do encourage buyers to be aware of a very complicated long return process.

Safe & reliable My daughter has had a Pinwheel phone for 2 years now. I'm really happy with the Pinwheel software. Approving or rejecting contacts is easy thru the caregiver portal as well as making schedules, adding apps etc. I definitely recommend Pinwheel to all who are trying to limit their kid's access to social media apps etc. My daughter loves the look of her smart phone and I love the security of the software.
