The agent was very patient with me… The agent was very patient with me because it did get confusing if we were talking about an app account, pinwheel account, Child's phone, or parent's dashboard. My problem was fixed with his time and attention. Greatly appreciated!

Julia O to the rescue! Julia O. was extremely helpful & efficient in solving our problem. We'd been struggling with an issue (kid locked out of phone after changing passcode) for a couple of days before finally reaching out to Customer Service through their Chat feature. Within 10 minutes our problem was solved. Now we know that if we run into an issue again, we'll use the chat feature sooner rather than later.

We've been using a pinwheel for for our… We've been using a pinwheel for for our 6th, soon to be 7th grade daughter, for about a month now. We are very pleased with the device, it's features, and the customer service experience. I would definitely recommend this phone to those who might be nervous to get there middle school student a smart phone.

Chen B was so helpful in assisting me… Chen B was so helpful in assisting me in updating my credit card info. She was patient in navigating me through a new link (sent by her) to make a payment and then update my info in my parent dashboard. Very professional and didn't "leave" the chat until all was resolved. Valuable team member.

Returns are long , complicated and arduous It has been a nightmare. It was over 1 month shipping. The phone was defective. I notified customer service. I had to take it to a technician to verify it wasn’t my incompetence. Then they asked for 5 different sets of pictures and video to ensure the phone was not scratched even though the screen was not the issue. My request for a refund had been passed to five different “agents and they still won’t refund or replace… update I was able to get help from a team lead who was gracious and efficient. I do encourage buyers to be aware of a very complicated long return process.
