The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered.Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

I called because I was having slow… I called because I was having slow response time from several web sites. Your technician did an excellent job walking me through the process he would use to improve the response time. He cleaned the PC, changed several settings and this improved my PC function. Admitted they are a scam I asked from one of their agent "what is your job there?" and he said "my job here is to scam". Then i hung up
