GBReason for monthly clean-up I KNOW I should have computer checked regularly but hadn't done so in over a year. Today I had an immediate problem with Skype -- couldn't access mic. Ken worked on Skype first and then proceeded to general clean-up. Thanks for your service.

GBThanks Again… As always My Phone Support has come to my rescue. After consulting them again, they have left me with a computer which is running so much better than when i called them that I can hardly believe it. Their technicians are patient and knowledgeable. the never rush me nor show any impatience with my lack of computer sophistication. They are a godsend for me.and have been for over eight years.

GBI found my support experience… I found my support experience satisfactory. The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered.Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

GBDid a great job of searching the… Did a great job of searching the problem but it is still giving me the same notification of No Internet Service then a couple of seconds later saying I'm back on line. Went through the same with the provider Xfinity.

GBVince was most helpful today as he has… Vince was most helpful today as he has been before, and explained that the emails I received saying you had gone out of business were phishing scams looking for my credit card info. So sorry i missed out on so many months of your excellent service.
