GBSam was a great representative of MPS Sam was a great representative of MPS. I had to leave my home and laptop due to a fire alarm yet Sam called me several times when it was my turn for an appointment to ask if I wanted to continue for a tune up. (He did the right thing. He didn't ignore my place in line.) Then when I was offline due to a internet issue during the tune up, he waited patiently during 30 minutes until I got back online. His dedication and patience and MPS' good standard of employees are highly commendable.

Your technician did an excellent job walking me through the process he would use to improve the response time. He cleaned the PC, changed several settings and this improved my PC function.
