GBLauren Smith is great really on top of… Lauren Smith is great really on top of it really helpful / i had a bunch of memory issues when i bought my new iMac_that came as a surprise and she gave me direction in what to do _so i did it and it worked out great. She sent me a bunch fo support articles from Apple that covered some of my problems_so she's great and i really appreciate her help_ and my new iMac is happy too!!! _nick

GUI had a problem with the RAM on my Mac… I had a problem with the RAM on my Mac Pro purchased from iPower Resale. Christina Prins was very helpful in helping me solve the problem by sending me a replacement at no charge (Note: do the extended warranty!). Everything is working fine now. She even included a printed return slip and a bag for the return of the old RAM. I'm very happy with iPowerSales' response and solution.
