MacBook Pro arrived in perfect condition! I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro chip from this company through Walmart. I’m not the biggest fan of used items, but it was a good deal for the price, so I was like sure, why not. The item ended up arriving early and in amazing condition. I could barley tell it was used, and came with the box, instructions, charger, and everything. Also, the battery health was 100%. Super pleased with my experience!

Hard to find words for my appreciation… Hard to find words for my appreciation for their sincerity to fix the problem of the wireless keyboard connective issue. After spending 4 hours communicating with Apple, and unable to resolve the problem, they agreed to take the computer back and fixed the problem. Be sure you have a cable enclosed with your computer to connect with a wireless keyboard. Even my wired keyboard would not connect and it was indeed frustrating. Power Resale was open to accepting my computer back and paid for the shipping charges. They then fixed the problem and was open to communicating with me in a timely manner. I appreciate their sincerity in resolving the issue. This is a great Mac and love that I have a computer that works great. Thank you iPower Resale.

If you have a problem these guys are who you want. I recently purchased a computer from them and had a problem with it.
